Your project don't have sapper in package.json and don't have any instructions of sapper adding. May be you should rename it as svelte template?

Like in #3, the npx command is incorrect. I posted a PR in #4 to get it updated. The correct command is npx degit matyunya/smelte-sapper-template my-svelte-project.
