some time can't send any message or command,i don't know why,no crash and any issue and info

does this issue only occur on multiplayer servers, if so any specific servers? are there any similarities to the commands/messages that fail to be send, if you don't think so can you please give some examples of commands/messages that fail to be send? do you see any weird messages in the console log around the time you send the message?

He means your client log. Edit your launcher profile to keep it open when
you start and keep an eye on the console.
