<li>Beat eggs in a bowl and add spinach, bacon, and cheese. Mix until uniform. Season with Salt & Pepper</li>
<li>Cook over low heat until fully set. Enjoy.</li>

<li>Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Set aside.</li>
<li> Fry bacon. After completion, remove bacon from pan and add onion; cook until soft.</li>
<li>Add mushrooms to pan and cook for 3 minutes. Add spinach and cook until wilting occurs</li>
<li>Crumble bacon into pan, and add egg mixture</li>
<li>Bake in the oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes</li>

<li>Heat a small saucepan over medium heat. </li>
<li>Add the apple (cored and chopped), cinnamon, and 3.4 oz. of water. Cook, covered, for 5 minutes or until the apple is soft. </li>
<li>After 5 minutes, or the apple is soft, put contents of sauce pan into a separate container.</li>
<li>In the saucepan, bring the remaining water and milk to a boil over high heat. </li>
<li>After the mixtures boils, add oats and reduce the heat to medium low. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until thickened (stirring occasionally)</li>
<li>Serve in a bowl and top with apples, yogurt, and remaining milk.</li>

<li> Heat saucepan over medium heat, spray with oil. Add garlic, diced onions, and peppers. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until onion is soft and translucent</li>
<li> Add diced sweet potato, black beans, half of the crushed tomatos, coriander, cumin, and chilli powder</li>
<li> Cover the saucepan with a lid, and cook over med-low heat for 15-20 minutes, or until the sweet potato is tender. Stir occasionally</li>
<li> Prepare pan for oven, lined with half of the remaining tomatos. </li>
<li> Place contents of the saucepan into a wrap, and roll to enclose; place in oven seam-side down. Top with chesse and remaining tomatoes.</li>
<li> bake at 390 for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese has melted and filling is hot. Serve cut in half, with spinach on the side.</li>

<li>Cut steak into small cubes; mix in a bag with flour, salt, and pepper</li>
<li> Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add steak and cook for 3-5 minutes or until browned. Remove from heat and transfer to a casserole dish</li>
<li>Wipe pan and respray. Add chopped onions and carrots and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until soft. Add garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.</li>
<li>Add crushed tomatoes, potato (peeled and cubed), thyme, mustard and 5.1 oz water and bring to a boil; stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and add S&P to taste. Pour into casserole dish.</li>
<li>Cover casserole dish and bake at 350 for 2 hours.</li>
<li>In a small saucepan, bring the olive oil and 12.2 oz of water to a boil. Add couscous and remove from heat. Leave to stand covered for 2-3 minutes and then “fluff”.</li>

<li>Place fish on a lined baking tray; drizzle with herb & juice mixture.</li>
<li>Bake at 390 for 15-20 minutes.</li>
<li>Bring the Quinoa and water to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low, and let simmer, cover for 10-12 minutes.</li>
<li>Add 2in water to a bowl and toss in veggies. Steam in microwave.</li>

<li>In a medium bowl mix flour, baking soda and baking powder</li>
<li>In a large bowl, cream the crisco and butter together. Add in vanilla, honey, plain and light brown sugars and eggs. Beat.</li>
<li>Gradually add the dry ingredients to the large bowl; beat well.</li>
<li>Fold in the chocolate chips and oatmeal (these can be done together, or one after the other)</li>
<li>Use a large scoop to place the cookies on a baking sheet, roughly 2 inches apart.</li>
<li> Bake cookies at 350 for 15 - 18 minutes. Allow cookies to cool for 8 - 10 minutes before removing from the baking sheet.</li>
