nonbreaking spaces in org files for export

Add the ability to specify non-breaking spaces for html and latex export. The html for this is  . I forget what the latex is, but it will be easy to find. I believe there is a way for org to specify inline backend-specific exports. This could be done there. Hopefully, there is a way to concisely write this so I don't end up with something like Figure{{some long command sequence}}1. I think a named code block could do this?
