cwxn - Cumulus wxnow

cwxn is a weewx extension that emits a wxnow.txt file in the format
specified by Cumulus

Installation instructions:

1) run the installer

setup.py install --extension weewx-cwxn.tgz

2) restart weewx

sudo /etc/init.d/weewx stop
sudo /etc/init.d/weewx start
