I've downloaded the ZIP archive and could build the JAR, but when I choose the standard -3pct config file and want to run it, it fails because of a missing file ...\matsim-metropole-ruhr-master\scenarios\metropole-ruhr-v1.0\input\metropole-ruhr-v1.4.network_resolutionHigh-with-pt.xml.gz

Where do I get this file, or should it have been created?

Public scenario files are available here: https://svn.vsp.tu-berlin.de/repos/public-svn/matsim/scenarios/countries/de/metropole-ruhr/metropole-ruhr-v1.0/input/

Please note that the population (plans file) is not public. If you would like to run the scenario, you would need permission from RVR to use their input files.
