Description:
I'm encountering an issue while attempting to use pplacer to add proteins to my trees. I'm using the following command:

singularity run --bind /kwak/hub /kwak/hub/ST_workspace/25_ST23_aricci/tools/singularity/pplacer:1.1.alpha17-0 pplacer -t gp1381.tree New_gp1381_1.fasta

However, I received the following error message:
