Feature Description

check if current swap setting meets given condition(off/on and size)

• off: if swap is off
• on and size: if swap is on and swap size is not less than size

usage: 
check/ck_swap.sh <on|off> [swap_size], where,
on|off: 
[swap_size]: format in [number_unit], where [unit] in k|K|m|M|g|G, default is M

example:
check/ck_swap.sh off
check/ck_swap.sh on 500M
check/ck_swap.sh on 500

output:
return 0: current cpu core >= given
return 1: current cpu core < given, or invalid usage
