Hi team,

An end user reported me the following enhancement suggest:
Capture d’écran du 2024-12-03 10-41-52

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Do A: Click on the Admin --> Then Diagnostics --> View UI displaying the invalidation counts and timestamps.
  2. Do B: Attempt to understand the meaning and purpose of the displayed information without any additional documentation or prior knowledge.

What I Got:

  • Confusion about the purpose of fields like "Total Invalidation Count," "Scheduled Invalidation Count," and "In Progress Invalidation Count."
  • Unclear significance of timestamps like "Earliest invalidation ts_started" and "Latest invalidation ts_invalidated."
  • Identical values for "Total Invalidation Count" and "Scheduled Invalidation Count," raising questions about their distinction.
  • Lack of any explanatory text or tooltips to guide the user.

What I Expected Instead:

  • A clear and intuitive UI with:
    • Descriptive labels or tooltips explaining the purpose of each field (e.g., what is an invalidation, and how do the counts differ?).
    • Human-readable language (e.g., replacing "ts_started" with "Start Time").
    • Clarification about why certain values (e.g., "Total Invalidation Count" and "Scheduled Invalidation Count") are identical.
    • Context for timestamps (e.g., what process or action these timestamps relate to).

Who Asked for It?

A senior web analyst.
