Pluma status bar no longer accessible #700

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch Pluma
  2. Launch Accerciser and use it to examine Pluma's status bar

Expected results: The status bar would have accessible children with presentable information.

Actual results: The status bar has no children.

Impact: Orca's command to present the contents of the status bar fail because Orca cannot access the contents.

@cwendling: FYI. I think this is a recentish regression. Gedit has had this problem for years now.
