Can I remove the format disk choice by modifying a specific configuration setting ?
It is not really needed and only shows up on some removable USB keys.
Steps to reproduce the behaviour
Right click on a formatted USB key.

As far as I know, this is only meant to show up on USB drives and similar removable drives. We don't at
this time have an option to disable it. Note that users unfamiliar with using the command line may not
have another way of formatting a flash drive if gnome-disks (or something like it) isn't installed.
There are a number of gsettings options in org/mate/desktop/lockdown but this isn't one of them
