Switch to polygon issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to http://www.maschek.hu/imagemap/imgmap
2. select an image
3. draw a rectangle
4. change the area type to polygon
5. try to draw a polygon 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected result is to begin drawing a polygon. Instead the type is switched 
back to rectangle and a rectangle is drawn.

What version of the product are you using? On what browser/operating system?
All browsers. Windows operating system.

Could be reproduced, in fact this is a bug.
