Apparently it is the user's responsibility to store and re-publish packets that did not get acked at qos1/2 (#58)
But how can we detect when a packet did not get acked via API?
The publish method will return 0 when the packet failed to send, but what about the packet being successfully sent and not getting acked?
Is the only way really just to watch if the onPublish method did not got called for that packetId?
