Checking uart.h and config_flash.c looks like this should be configurable.

Additionally, the last lines of the README hints toward the possibility of increasing this speed, although i'm not sure if i'm misunderstanding, so YMMV

I managed to do it by setting set bitrate 1000000 in the Telnet connection. And it works wel with up to 600 Kbit/s speed on my Luckfox Pico Mini B using the hardware UART
