Include IP in chat message payload

This is something I want for a Prattle feature I'm envisioning, where upon request it will try to guess who the real person is behind the last Pulse chat message. This is tricky and it will have a bunch of error-prone ways it will try to guess, which will be humorous, but to do so it'll need to have the source IP as part of the message alongside the text and user fields. This doesn't need to be displayed in the UI, just added to the payload.
