Can't install on Raspberry Pi 4

I don't understand what is going on. I had this installed about a year ago. But I had to rebuild a Respberry Pi 4 from scratch this week and this package will not install.

I am trying to use this process to get the PPA installed

wget -qO- 'http://keyserver.ubuntu.com/pks/lookup?op=get&search=0x6888550b2fc77d09' | sudo tee /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/songrec.asc
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:marin-m/songrec -y -u

The wget works fine and the key file looks fine from what I can tell.

The ap-add-repository blows up
