Update computers to Windows 10

Update the lab's PCs to Windows 10 (website to get the free upgrade).
--Start with the computers that aren't being actively used. For the computers that are actively being used coordinate with the user(s) if they want the computer updated.
--Make sure to back up and/or remove any data on the computer before performing the upgrade.
--Please ensure any software programs on the computer prior to the upgrade are still there and functioning properly afterward.
--Update the Computers knowledge base page accordingly. This page can also be used to help ID which computers need to be updated.
NOTE: Neuronaut has been updated but the software needs to be double-checked. Peter's old computer needs a non-ITS-controlled version of Windows 10 installed on it (remember to back up any data first).
