Like i say there : audreyt/ethercalc#747

In common calc software, by right-clicking on a cell, a row, a column, there is contextual usable tools.

I would love to see this in ethercalc / socialCalc.

I'm used to work on small webapp UI but i don't know where to look and to start one this one.
