Pull in themes and l10n from ethercalc?

I have no clue how ethercalc implements themes/l10n, but I think it would make sense to move at least the l10ns to this repo/package, no?

This would clean things up. There is some mess in that many constants in l10n look to be in the wrong file, as they have nothing to do with language. "defaultMinimumColWidth": 10,

But there are many issues to work on - I would like to see "marcelklehr/ot-socialcalc" completed,
as any data corruption would be a serious loss.
