After the quest: The Tome of Divinity(http://old.wowhead.com/quest=1781) acception, the npc named Brother Joshua(http://old.wowhead.com/npc=5489) should use the spell named Flash Heal(http://old.wowhead.com/spell=2061) at the npc named Gazin Tenorm(http://old.wowhead.com/npc=6173) . After that Gazin Tenorm should say that "Thanks to you, Brother Joshua." and bow down.
