After setting up cables and then login off I find that when I log back on / reload chunk the gold wire connector isn't connected to the block it's attached to.
Connecting to an ic2 gold wire you can see from the rending it isn't connected - re-placing it then makes the connection.
Connected to an ic2 mv transformer after the chunk loads power is no longer passing. re-placing the connector and cable results in power passing again.

Tin's isolated wires connected to batbox (T1 level energy 40k UE). Output side on batbox, connected with difference batbox using tin's isolated wires (on pic 1 ).
When server is empty (all user leave) and all chunks unloads or server restarted, when user return to game some wires not connected batbox. Re-placing connector and wires fix this problem (pic 2 ).
I seem to run into this problem with all the wires I think. I usually have to go aruond my base resetting all the connectors until I get all the ones that have stopped working. I don't know if its related to unloading chunks or not
