Hot Key does not accept combined Numpad, F1-F23 and Special keys #974

The following does not work on Hot Key

Shift/Ctrl/Alt + Numpad
F1 -> F23
Tab, Insert, Home, Del, End, PgUp, PgDn, PrtSc, CapsLock, ScrollLock, NumLock, Pause (+ Shift/Ctrl/Alt)
Anything [Shift + Alt]

My setup uses Shift+Alt+F(n) to manage streams on a separate keyboard since it tends to conflict with what I normally use for Word to Motion
