5 进入kali图形化界面怎么退回去？怎么把真实机里文件复制进去？

复制文件从命令行就可以。
图形化开启后会非常占用系统资源，不用的时候建议关闭，具体可以参考kex命令。
最简单的方法就是重启一下。
