compiling problem

I have been trying to compile sequencetree unsuccessfully. I get some error messages see below. I am not sure if the problem is related to the version of qt and mingw I am using. I have Qt 5.5 and mingw 4.9.2 (32-bit) on windows 7 sp1. Are there specific versions of these two programs you recommend?
Any suggestions on how to compile ST

Hi,
It seems that the GSL library is missing. Could you please check the
"bin" folder in st to see if libgsl.dll and libgslcblas.dll are in it? If
not, you can download the files here:
http://wisdmhub.org/dev2/apps/sequencetree/
