Going into "Edit" mode on a vessel in construction then clicking "Save Edits" cause the main KCT window in the editor to shrink

Reproduction steps:

• Go to editor and build a vessel
• Get back to the KSC
• On the KCT window, click on "Edit" to enter editor
• Change something than click on "Save Edits"
• Return to the Editor: KCT main window is compressed on the horizontal axis:

I've been noticing it shrinking just from normal playing. I haven't tracked it down yet, but think it may have been added in with the things that were added for RP-0.
