"Downloaded QRZ report contains no matches."

I've been trying to sync cloudlog with my QRZ log and after settling the API key in the Station Location, and running Download QSOS, I'm getting an error reporting

"Downloaded QRZ report contains no matches."

I wondered if anyone can point me in the right direction to resolve this? What is it trying to match? Location perhaps? Or should it be able to download all QSOs in a QRZ logbook?

I have 4 QSOs in my QRZ logbook I'd like to download into my cloudlog instance.
