As a reg/STOPS DH, I would like to be able to create staff badge groups even after the custom badges deadline

I can create staff badges, but not a whole group of them. Having this available would save a lot of clicking when certain departments don't get their requests in on time.

Technically either would work, but I was specifically referring to the former—creating a group of blank staff badges.
