Simplify searching for matching roommates

Restore the original roommate search ability from the original tuber design so that we can quickly fill out partial rooms and create new ones by hand.

Ideally this would be triggered by either selecting requests or rooms on the assignments page, and potentially as a dialog on the rooms list page as well.
