Attendees in a band shouldn't be forced to enter site info #50

Currently site type, how are you camping, tent leader are required fields for bands.
None of these apply to many bands. Most are quartered in cabins.

IIRC, you mentioned that it would be nice if band members could select that they want a cabin. Is it okay if that is one of the site types, and then the other fields are optional when that is selected?

Handling in magfest-archive/production-config#216

Maybe we can enhance later on with the band plugin to divine whether a band wants a site or a cabin and auto assume/assign.
