Unable to buy "attendee" badge if under 13 #145

If "attendee" is selected, but age is less than 13, this message is displayed: "You cannot buy an Attendee badge if you will be under 13 at the start of MAGFest"

A more prudent action would likely be to automatically change the badge to a child type badge.

I specifically coded it this way to make the new badge type more clear to attendees.

I don't miiiind making it magical, but it feels like people will get confused and/or annoyed if their badge option gets changed for them.
