Firefox supports web extensions. https://developer.mozilla.org/ru/Add-ons/WebExtensions/user_interface/devtools_panels Maybe is it possible to reuse existent code for getting it work in Firefox too? See related extension which supports both Chrome and Firefox https://github.com/vuejs/vue-devtools/

we are not planning to add a Firefox support. This could be a community project if someone would like to contribute.

According to https://www.extensiontest.com/ page this extension is compatible with Firefox already. It's probably the packaging and uploading to AMO that would have to be done to get Firefox version

If you want to try it, download branch firefox-support and then follow this instructions to install it.

Litte update, you can use this package (github does't allow to upload .xpi files).
We're going to publish it to https://addons.mozilla.org after some more testing
