Slow resolution of DNS on localhost

Hi! I love the library. I think there's an underlying bug in Erlang, but I wanted to post here in case you had any experience with it:

@kdisneur When you created the library, did you run into any issues with :inet_db throwing away the nameservers you had set?

@scottmessinger I'm no longer actively using this library, therefore I also don't know of any recent issues. It for sure worked fine in the past.

But since there's an OTP issue which has been acknowledged by the OTP team, they'll have a look.
