Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when I want to READ documentation in a markdown file, because I MUST have the edit panel open beside it.

Describe the solution you'd like
I wish there was an option to hide the edit panel, perhaps even to have it hidden by default for those of us who need the markdown VIEWER more than we need the EDITOR. I can hide the preview, but I cannot hide the editor.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I have not found any.
