Admins are regular user accounts with a special "flag" or "status" set by the Root.

CANS:

Create, edit and delete meetings. They can see links for doing these actions, while regular users don't.
Change their password / login details.
Attend to future meetings.
Comment on meetings.
Edit & delete any comments (including comments done by others)
Logout

CAN NOTS:

Admins can NOT make other admins, or change their status as admins.
Attend to past meetings.
