I am not very familiar with the automotive CAN standards (coming from agricultural background), but the capacitance on the CAN lines (100pF, C31, C32, C37, C38) seem extremely high.
I suggest removing them.
Probably this won't be an issue if all other ECU's on the bus have much lower capacitance, but imagine a fully loaded CAN bus (32 nodes) each of them putting 100+pF on the CAN wires... ;-)
