Cycle through taskbar windows on click Not Working, win 11-24h2

Can you be more specific? I tried both "Win+Tab" and 'Ctrl+Alt+Tab' and both opens correspoding dialog.

Sorry, I misunderstood the function, from the tile I was thinking this is to circle from multiple windows of the same program like in taskbar tweaker , what can I use to do this ?

I just checked and taskbar tweaker behaves the same. The first trigger executes the action (opens "Win+Tab" or 'Ctrl+Alt+Tab' dialog) and the next click on the taskbar will cause this dialog to close since it looses focus. I am not able to circle though window in taskbar tweaker.
