I propose the implementation of a comprehensive Extract Method refactoring feature utilizing the ANTLR4 tool.

For reference, the following article discusses GitHub implementations of this feature using other tools: Article on Extract Method Refactoring.

Additionally, I suggest incorporating tests to verify that this feature functions correctly. Please consider using SciTools Understand to identify candidates for the Extract Method refactoring.
