LinuxforHealth/fhir-server with additional resources

This Docker image is based on the ghcr.io/linuxforhealth/fhir-server:5.1.1 image with additional configurations and resources.

Features

  • Utilizes the fhir-server-config.json file to set the externalBaseUrl.
  • The datasources.xml file using environment variables to configure PostgreSQL database connection settings.
  • Includes a jvm.options file to enable TLSv1.3 for secure communication.
  • Add two jar files to the userlib folder, one containing FHIR profiles and the other containing HL7’s SDC package.

Environment Variables

These environment variables can be customized when running a container based on this image.

  • EXTERNAL_BASE_URL
  • FHIR_DB_HOSTNAME
  • FHIR_DB_PORT
  • FHIR_DB_NAME
  • FHIR_DB_USER
  • ENV FHIR_DB_PASSWORD
