The webcam is white?

Hello,
I downloaded the hand gesture file, hand landmarks file and the face tracking file but the webcam cannot initialize? Is there any externals I should download or there's some issues with my max?

Hi there, no you do not need any externals.

I can’t see any error message in your screenshot so it’s difficult to guess. Could be you haven’t allowed your webcam access in your OS maybe. What platform?
