Apologies, after looking in the code there is already a pacbio_ccs preset. It was just not in the documentation. |

I'm reading through the Octopus documentation, and there are error profiles for Illumina sequencing platforms but not PacBio HiFi or ONT. Are these not recommended for calling variants..? What error profile should I use if they are applicable?
