Support non-github repositories

Currently makeimg has a github application which does magic, but it should also support non-github repositories.

This probably requires an SSH private-key per repo (assuming ssh transport not http) to gain access to the code, and a url that can be easily poked by remote services (ie, without requiring a JWT) to trigger the build.
