[BUG] Problem with sync

Hi,
using plex for a long time. Started to test jellyfin. Tried to sync watched state but I found some movies / tv shows don't sync. See screenshots please.

Any idea what's wrong please?

just tried to mark some movies as unwatched in Plex, then I restart docker compose. Jellyfin still shows that movies as watched
