Test on DP1 canned alerts and DP2 brokered alerts, own method of alerting TiDES with transients method

From April'23 to Jun'23 plan in FY23 Q2 Mar'23 quarterly update.

DESC are keen for their own method of alerting TiDES with transients they would like follow up observations for. This would be in collaboration with Gautham Narayan and forms part of our Phase C work package. We will test our method on the DP1 canned alerts and the DP2 brokered alerts.

• Rob has set up a test system with the ELASTICC candidates.
• this simulates LSST
• so will start testing

• Chris now waiting for an account to log into the system in order to start testing
