T3.11.4.1: Develop list of cross-matches to run

As part of actually running the list of LSST:UK DAC cross-matches we need to develop a list of surveys to create merged catalogues for. These can be several potential combinations:

• LSST-to-external catalogue matches: the main focus of WP 3.11, we need to create a list of appropriate surveys to match LSST to once operations begin and initial surveys are produced for LSST.
• external-to-external catalogue matches: we may want, as part of a more general DAC-value-added product, to produce cross-matches between two ancillary catalogues, to enable further science in the UK astronomy community. Such an example, and our currently "test bed" would be a Gaia-WISE all-sky match, which could be extended to the unWISE dataset.

• Currently trying to get US feedback on this. No objections yet. At some point a deadline will be set for such feedback.
• So far there is a list of 5 cross-matches. Will work down these in priority.
