Clicking "Save and Next Form" with new record does not re-route to next form

Creating a new record using the "Save & Next Form" option ends up back on the Record Home page of the new record (with the custom autonumber id) rather than on the next form (with the custom autonumber id). Seen in REDCap v14.5 / PHP 7.4 & PHP 8.2.
