The field names in the "technical-details-submission-invitation" form should be updated as follows:

MacBook Device ID -> MacBook UUID (How to get it)
iPhone Device ID -> iPhone UDID (How to get it)
iPad Device ID -> iPad UDID (How to get it)
Apple Watch Device ID -> Apple Watch UDID (How to get it)
