Text Exercise - Team participation submission not saved

Describe the bug

The student complained that his submission was not saved even tho he had pressed the submit button.

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'https://artemis.ase.in.tum.de/courses/335'
2. Click on '...'
3. Scroll down to '...'
4. See error

Expected behavior

After clicking submit, the results should be kept. In this case (Team exercise), a session is running "Connected is shown," so maybe he had network interruptions.
