Programming exercises: Build results not available after file import

Describe the bug

When importing a programming exercise from a file, the build results will not be available.

To Reproduce

1. Import a programming exercise into an exam exercise group, e.g. programmingExerciseExportedFile.zip
2. Wait for the build result on the programming exercise details page
3. See that the build result is not available (you might need to reload the page)
4. Making changes to the template / solution / tests can fix this problem

Expected behavior

The build results should be available if programming exercises are imported from a file.
