Exam mode: Misleading notification when updating grace period during exam

Describe the bug

When updating the grace period during the exam the change is not reflected in the notification.

To Reproduce

• 1 Instructor
• 1 Student

1. Instructor: Prepare an exam
2. Student: Participate in the exam
3. Instructor: Change the grace period time
4. Stuent: See an announcement that does not mention a change of the grace period

Expected behavior

The announcement should display the actual change, which is not the working time but the grace period.

Is this a duplicate of #7380? Was this tested before #7382 got merged?

This was tested before #7382 got merged - however this is about a misleading notification when the grace period is changed.
Was the implementation changed in a way that mitigates this issue?
