Heads up: Issue triage in progress

I am getting closer to the v5 release and over the past few years I've put less time into dealing with issues where engaging wasn't the best use of my time (it would have distracted me from the mega-refactor for v5)

I am now triaging the issues to make sure that v5 is as solid as possible.

Some I will just close without much comment to save time writing War & Peace on each issue. If you feel like I've made a mistake, please let me know. If you want to reopen something, please make sure that the issue still exists for v5 and not the latest v4 release.
